Sump Pump Failure, MI

A perfect storm occurred in this Michigan home. An exorbitant amount of rain fall followed by power outages and a saturated earth caused this sump pump system to fail. Unfortunately the home owner was out of town when the loss occurred. This allowed the water to sit and bacteria to grow. There was a vast amount of damage throughout the home. Water had absorbed into the wood furniture causing it to swell. There was a lot of work to be done but SERVPRO did it was ease.
